Misandric Monday - You're an Idiot

shotgun wound in groin

This past weekend I posted a brief comment online about a San Francisco police officer who shot an unarmed, wheelchair-bound man in the testicles with a shotgun. Twice.

The incident was recorded on video and posted to YouTube by a man who witnessed the entire confrontation. In the video, the cop can be seen aiming his shotgun at the wheelchair bound man's groin the entire time, while the man holds a knife and sits in his wheelchair in the middle of the street. After the man complies with the police officer's orders to drop the knife, THEN the officer fires two shots from his shotgun, one into each testicle.

The man videoing the incident says, "What the fuck?! That was unnecessary!" He is outraged, as any decent citizen would be at seeing such a blatant violation of the public sense of decency. Sexual assault and possible castration using a deadly weapon is nearly impossible to justify under any circumstance, let alone when used twice in a row against a man in a wheelchair who has complied with police orders and thrown his weapon away. Yet over the past 20 years or so, government law enforcement agencies across the nation, local and federal, have increasingly used military combat techniques of sexual assault and castration freely and without any restraint against their own citizens, the ones they are supposedly sworn to "serve and protect".

More and more libertarian organizations are protesting this rise in the militarization of the police, exposing the steady increase in police use of deadly combat techniques against ordinary citizens who are clearly not enemy combatants professionally trained to fight and kill.

The tired excuse given by lawmakers is that police abuse of the citizens basic human rights and violations of the public sense of decency in the form of sexual assaults, tortures and castrations "saves lives" and therefore cannot possibly be wrong.

The police excuse is always that the police overuse of force, coupled with genital torture and sexual assaults that simply cannot be excused under the circumstances in which they are committed, is justified in order to "minimize the risk of injury to the officers themselves".

In other words, now that we have a smaller, more feminized police force, that police force must increase its use of cruelty and abuse of power because too many of the new smaller, weaker cops might sprain a shoulder or pull a muscle. Most of our new more-politically correct officers simply aren't capable of dealing with ordinary American citizens without castrating them first, preferably from 20 feet away using a gun of some sort, often against an unarmed and frequently nonviolent schoolboy or stumbling drunk old man.

I made a one-line comment on the internet about the obvious injustice of this. And the response I received was all too typical.

"If you do what the police tell you to then they won't have to shoot you in the balls."

I want to examine a few of the many reasons why the people who respond to abuse of power and tyranny in this way are idiots. And you tell me if I'm right or wrong, OK?

1) This point-of-view assumes that every police officer is always in the right under any and all circumstances, and that anyone who merely questions this assumption is deserving of a very public cruel and unusual punishment of the exact sort the ancient Roman Empire used in order to terrorize male subjects into submission, and of the exact sort our Founding Fathers expressly prohibited, having seen how it lends itself to tyranny and cannot exist in the absence of tyranny. Even the average police veteran does not hold this view, as they have seen for themselves far too many bad cops and abuses of power.

2) This point-of-view assumes that we are subjects, not citizens whose opinions and collective sense of decency is the basis for all laws and all authority granted to law enforcement, especially laws governing sexual crimes and sexual violence. And that is wrong.

3) This point-of-view places all power and authority in the hands of a very small and heavily armed group of fellow citizens, giving them more power over the life and liberty of every other citizen than even our courts and President have. And it allows no means of limiting that power or objecting to its abuse. After all, if you object, you can simply be shot in the balls and possibly killed by your very public castration and subsequent rapid blood loss. What better way to silence those who dare to question a tyrant? It worked for Caesar and it worked for Saddam Hussein, so it must be good enough for America, too.

My father used to say with a laugh that we here in The South give the police "a little leeway" to abuse criminals in order to get the job done. He was only referring to police brutality directed at black people, by the way, but as he at that time did not really view black people as human beings, he did not see how applying a cattle prod to a man's testicles or stripping him naked and beating him to death in his front yard in front of his children and neighbors simply for not doing what he was told as quickly as the officer felt he should might be a problem. As long as the abuse of police authority and power was limited to "those people" and did not affect us, that meant it was OK.

My father eventually changed his views on this after he retired from the Government and began studying the Christian Bible. Once he began to see every human being AS a human being, he no longer felt that such abuses were acceptable or excusable. Studying the Bible and subsequently seeing all people as human beings also seemed to open my father's eyes to the fact that no one should ever have the authority or power to so blatantly violate our most basic of human rights, because what is done to a few of us may eventually be done to all of us if we don't fight this evil as soon as it arises like the aggressively growing cancer that it is.

For the most influential organizations in the United States, I can only theorize why they all remain silent as this steady increase in sexual violence against males spreads and grows. But the one that puzzles me the most, the one that has remained totally and completely silent throughout all of this in violation of their own principals, is the Christian Church.

The Bible itself makes clear that God instructs all who follow him to view violence directed at the genitals as an abomination, an act without excuse, and that those who engage in this sort of sexual violence should be shown no mercy. That this is even mentioned at all in the Bible, and in such harsh terms, should be reason enough for anyone who claims to be a Christian or an Orthodox Jew to protest this type of abuse and demand that it be dealt with extremely harshly under the law. And yet despite warnings from experts on sexual violence declaring that we have an exploding epidemic with consequences that will hurt us all in the long run, The Church has said not one single thing.

There is no excuse for that.

It must be OK if the police do it

I do want to clarify that I don't hate cops in general. We have to have cops. But I do hate much of the training and instruction they are receiving these days which either encourages or flat out instructs many of them to do cowardly, despicable and inexcusable things in circumstances that simply cannot justify those actions. For example, the Delaware County sheriff's department, in Philadelphia, instructed all their deputies to aim their "less than lethal" weapons, such as the Taser, at the groins of men whenever possible. They are currently in court over this because one outraged male victim has sued.

I do hate lawmakers who refuse to do anything about this exploding problem when it is brought to their attention. And I hate lawyers whose only concern is minimizing the chances of a costly lawsuit, and thus instruct the use of despicable acts which so emotionally and physically devastate their victims that they rarely have the strength left to fight for their rights in court by suing. And most of all, I hate people like those who inspired this post, who sit happily yet stupidly by and dismiss any objections to this abuse with mindless bumper sticker slogans and idiotic dogma. Ignorance is not always bliss. Sometimes it destroys the lives of a great many people.

An Enlightening Conversation with 3 Women

I was having a drink and a conversation with 3 women at a bar when somehow the topic of political propaganda and false "everybody knows" statistics came up. Yes, I probably raised the topic myself. I can't remember just now. Anyway, I used as an example the repeatedly disproven lie that 1 of every 4 women in the United States (they claim this for every nation in the world actually) has been raped.

I said, "this is not only not true, but independent researchers trying to find the source of this claim traced it back to a study funded by the Ms Foundation in which a very small number of college women were surveyed and then the feminist conducting the survey assigned them the status of rape victim based on her slanted view of heterosexual sexual behavior rather than on their own statements as to whether or not they themselves had been raped.

Raped by the Ms Foundation

In other words, she declared female students to be rape victims who said they were not.

This kind of arrogant "we feminists know what's best for you silly girls" is a standard feature of the American Female Supremacist viewpoint and always has been. Nevertheless, the results of the study, which was conducted only of college girls, not women in general, were released along with the claim that 1 in 4 of the college women surveyed had been raped, including the ones who said that they had not. From there it was taken up by feminists as a favorite mantra and modified to be a rape statistic for all women everywhere.

I believe ...

My Blonde Female Friend sitting next to me looked at me with wide eyes and said, "I believe one out of four is wrong. I believe it's more. I believe three out of every four women have been raped."

"What?? You can't be serious," I responded. "The one in four claim was preposterous and then it was disproven. Do you believe three in every four men are rapists? Because that's basically what that's saying. Either that or there are a handful of very tired rapists out there running around with no time for anything but raping and more raping. How could you possibly believe that 75 percent of women in America have been raped?"

"Well, I was raped. It was a friend of mine. It was date rape. Most of the girls I know lost their virginity that way. So I think three out of every four women have probably been raped."

As I sat there looking at her in disbelief, My Brunette Female Friend sitting to the right of My Blonde Female Friend turned and said, "I agree with her. I think it's probably three out of four. I was basically molested by a guy and I know a lot of women have been somehow molested or abused. I think three out of four women have been sexually abused in some way. She's right."

"But we're not talking about sexual molestation," I protested. "We're talking specifically about rape."

"Well," she countered, "it doesn't matter. I still agree."

"Me too," My Blonde Female Friend concurred. "I agree with her. Three of every four women have been raped."

"But that's not what she said," I responded. "She said molested and you said raped and the two are not the same."

And then a third female friend jumped into the conversation.

"I agree with them, too," she said. "My ex husband beat me and I have a lot of friends who were abused and beaten by boyfriends and husbands. I agree."

"That's domestic violence," I said. "We're talking about rape."

"She's right," My Blonde Female Friend stated very matter-of-factly. "see, it's three out of every four. We've all been raped."

"Yes, I agree, too," My Brunette Female Friend nodded.

The Third Female Friend also nodded.

"But the three of you are all talking about something entirely different!" I erupted. "You're talking about rape," I said as I pointed to the Blonde. "You're talking about sexual assault," I said now pointing to the Brunette. "And you're talking about domestic violence," I said as I pointed to the Third Woman. "And all three of you are agreeing as if you're talking about the same thing, but you're not! That's insane!"

All the women nodded and smiled, happily agreeing with each other even as they all held entirely separate conversations which none of them were really listening to or paying any significant attention to.

"Is this how women normally talk about important issues?" I asked. "Do you all just agree to go along with whatever each other says even when you don't really know what the others are talking about?"

"I guess," My Blonde Female Friend said, still smiling the same wide-eyed smile of total empty detachment.

Problem?

"What's wrong with that?" The Third Woman asked.

"What's wrong is that our nation's laws and people's lives are affected by this kind of thinking and I find it highly disturbing that you have all agreed to go along with whatever the others are saying even though you don't have any idea what the other is saying. You seem to just like the idea of women being victimized by men, whether its true or not, and it doesn't seem to bother you that there is no logic or reason to agreeing with someone who has said something entirely different than what you're saying. It's like I've walked through the looking glass into Wonderland and nothing makes any sense."

Welcome to Hu Ha land

"What wrong with that?" they all said together.

It was an "ah ha" moment, a moment when I began to see behind the curtain of the Female Mind to the crazy little wizard hiding behind it, frantically flipping levers and spinning dials to try to maintain the illusion of sanity.

"The three of you make no sense," I said. "And yet you have all agreed to go along with one another without any concern whatever to what is being discussed or whether any of it has even a shred of truth to it. And you're happy with that. It doesn't seem to concern you that horrible injustice results from that or that lives are destroyed. It doesn't seem to concern you that no one can follow your logic, because there isn't any, and in fact, you can't even follow each other so you don't even try to. You just go along to get along. And isn't that how date rapes often occur? Isn't that where a lot of sexual abuse comes from, just going along and not saying what you really think or feel, so that the person molesting you doesn't even know that they've abused you? How can they know if you just smile and go along as if everything is OK while they're peeling off your clothes?"

They all just smiled at me and continued nodding and drinking, not hearing a single word I had said, but happily agreeing.

I agree absolutely

I sat there with them, My Crazy Female Friends, for the rest of the night, quietly drinking and absorbing the insanity that I had just experienced. I don't understand women. I thought I did, but now I think I don't even want to. I'm afraid I might be disappointed if I did.

Or insane.

Perhaps when it comes to women, men are the same way, lying to ourselves just to get along, happy in our blissful ignorance, believing them to be innocent angels who just happen to have nice boobies and a warm place to put our HapPenis every now and then. And perhaps we don't really want to know what I just learned because it screws with that paradigm.

You want the truth?
You can't handle the truth!

Are all women crazy? If so then men must be, too, because we love them and give our lives to save theirs when the situation calls for it. We risk everything just for the chance to be with them. Surely that must be insanity.

So here's to insanity, a toast to the madness that binds us together and rips us apart and then brings us back together again for makeup sex. May none of us ever end up hooked up with a Lorena Bobbitt or an OJ Simpson or a Mary Winkler, and may I never again see that crazy person behind the curtain pulling the levers to keep the illusion going.

British Columbia Terrorized by Serial Sex Offender

A man walking alone near a McDonald’s in Langley, British Columbia, was dealt a savage kick to the groin in what seemed to be a random attack.

The assailant is described as a blonde-haired, blue-eyed, Caucasian woman aged in her 20s or younger, and likely a feminist. She wore high heels, (Steve Madden flouro green stilletos, approximately sized 7, according to a female witness who greatly admired the shoes) when she kicked her 22-year-old victim so hard that he completely left the ground and landed face-first on the concrete as one of his testicles ascended into his abdomen with the force of the pointed-toe kick.

Initially it was thought that surgery could repair the damage. Unfortunately, the violence of the kick had ruptured the testicle and the victim woke from anesthesia to the news that he had been partially castrated.

Police believe that this is not the first time that the assailant has struck, with three similar attacks reported in September alone.

According to the victim, who has declined to be named:

"She didn’t say anything to me. I thought either she is really disgruntled with her boyfriend and I was the first male she saw or she’s a feminist. My mom heard from some constables that this is the third time in the past month this has happened. One of the times happened at night."

The victim noted that his attacker said nothing to him, either before or after the attack.

"I don't think she really even saw me as a person. Or perhaps she has some strange accent that might have given her away? I don't know."

Langley RCMP are concerned that some men might not have come forward about the attacks, likely believing that there is hardly any point as the woman will undoubtably not be punished for her crimes anyway. Authorities are turning to a crime analyst to track the attacks, but aren't sure how to proceed.

More

Men walking in the Brookswood area may want to consider wearing a sports cup, after a man was randomly kicked in the groin by a woman in high heels last month. The kick was so violent, her victim has lost one testicle and had to be hospitalized.

The crime has police concerned and the young man warning he isn’t the only victim of this high-heeled sexual-assault queen.

“It was around 2 p.m. in early September and I was walking by myself to McDonald’s, which is just on 41 Avenue,” said 22-year-old “Ed” (not his real name).

“The girl was walking in the opposite direction as me and I didn’t think anything of it, when all of a sudden she laid the boots to it.”

In absolute agony, Ed fell to the ground, face-first, as his hands flew involuntarily to his violated genitals, leaving him unable to catch himself. He thinks he had lain there for around 15 minutes before gaining the strength to get up and go home. Before or after the attack, the woman said nothing.

“I'm concerned that nothing is going to be done. They aren't even sure what to charge her with. I mean, it's sexual assault, but they say the law doesn't define sexual violence against males that way. And if she's a feminist, it's a sex-specific hate-crime, as she clearly targeted me because of my sex, but they say they won't charge her for that, either. So what's the point of reporting it then? What are they going to charge her with, being really, really rude or something?”

As the assault is not the kind of thing men want to tell people about, Ed didn’t go to police right away.

The damaging blow to his testicles sent one of them up into his abdomen.

“I saw a specialist and I went into surgery believing they could bring my testicle down again, like in that movie "10 Things I Hate About You." But when I woke up from surgery I was given the bad news that it had partially ruptured and so they had to remove it.”

He will get a prosthetic in December, for whatever that's worth. But, from what he has been told, there will be a drop in his testosterone levels which will have life-long detrimental effects. Ed is coming forward because he wants the girl caught, even if he doesn't believe she'll be adaquately punished, because he doesn’t want anyone else to go through the terrible and life-altering things he has been through.

Langley RCMP are using their crime analyst to see if other attacks of this nature have taken place.

“There are undoubtably other men who haven’t come forward to the police,” said Cpl. Holly Marks. She urges those men to call her or come in if the woman has attacked them.

She said there isn’t a way for her to track if there has been similar attacks, and she doesn't hold out much hope that the prosecutor or judge will do much about this once the girl is caught, but if she isn't caught the attacks will likely not stop.

"She clearly enjoys this, like any serial offender, and isn't going to stop unless something or someone stops her."

Before the attack, Ed was ready to start working again after being off on work-related injury for a year. Now he’ll be off for at least four more weeks without any heavy lifting. After recovery, due to having lost a testicle, he will not be permitted to return to any sort of heavy lifting for the rest of his life due to high risk of hernia.

His EI has run dry.

“It has not been good,” he said.

Ed didn’t get a detailed description of the girl because he didn’t expect her to kick him. She is described as in her 20s, or younger, 5’5” to 5’7”, blonde, blue-eyed and Caucasian. He had never seen her before and doesn’t think he’s seen her since.

If you have information about this person or if this has happened to you, call Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200.

*** Clearly I altered small bits of the story to make it out to be a certain blonde Australian we all know and love, but in reality the girl is described as brunette, and no eye-color was given. The crime itself is not a joke or made-up. It is really happening. The part where it says she will probably not be punished for what she's done is not a joke, either, although it wasn't in the original article.

You know I'm going to follow this story if at all possible, so I'll update it periodically.

Don Vito convicted of sexual assault

Don Vito

GOLDEN, Colo. - The man known as "Don Vito" on MTV's show "Viva La Bam" was convicted Wednesday of two counts of sexual assault on a child.

Vincent Margera, 51, who was accused of groping three girls ages 12 to 14 during an autograph signing event last year at mall skate park in the Denver suburb of Lakewood, fell to the floor cursing and yelled, "Just kill me now!"

He was acquitted of a third count of sex assault on a child. He faces a sentence of probation to six years in prison on each conviction for touching. If he doesn't comply with sex offender treatment as part of the sentence, he could potentially spend life in prison, district attorney's spokeswoman Pam Russell said.

After Margera's courtroom outburst, deputies restrained him by grabbing his testicles and squeezing them until he vomited. Then they pressed a Taser into his genitals and fried them with 50,000 volts as he screamed. Still not satisfied that he was sufficiently restrained, they began kicking his testicles over and over as he lay on the ground in handcuffs until he passed out.

A witness to the altercation screamed in protest to the prosecutor and judge, "how is this not sexual assault?! This is unbelievable what they're doing!"

"Because no one cares about him," district attorney Pam Russell responded with a smirk. The judge simply laughed.

The judge expresses sympathy to one of the victims after the trial.
"Can't touch this," he said
